Who Hoo! Friday at LAST!

Arrrgghhh....this is the third post I've written this morning. The other two have been erased because this stupid computer still doesn't work. I'm getting desperate...I may have to take it in to when I've got the time because I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today's a busy day. I've got class, then work (landscapeing and dishwashing!) and then Moogie's in town, so it looks like dinner and a movie (Harry Potter). I'm looking forward to tomorrow's Farmer's Market although I have yet to find anyone to go with me. Then I'm going to throw this computer out the window....... Or I'll do some cleaning. I have yet to hear from my roommate from Milwaukee, but I'm planning on calling her today.

Well, I'm now going to be late because of this stupid computer, so I'd better get going.

Who hoo Friday at last!

Well my computer is being a pain again It is in shift mode which means that all of my keys are off. Finally, it is working! I know, I need to get it in to DoIT. And I will, some day, when I finally give up and throw it out the window.

A beautiful sunny day!

I think it's the first day in WEEKS that the forcast has called for a totally sunny day (although showers may roll in later tonight). I have taken to checking the weather in the morning - no going outside in shorts in 30 degrees F ! Not that I've done that ever ..... :-)

I'm still working on a way to visit all my peeps in Viroqua....so far the Greyhound's out, because it leaves during my class time and it's my FINAL that day. Speaking of tests...I didn't do too hot on the last one, but I have the feeling that I'm not the only one. I still haven't taken in my computer, I'm trying to figure out how to do the Dell diagnostics...after downloading them I'm stuck. We'll see what happens there! I'm planning on going to Harry Potter with Moogie this weekend and also to the farmer's market - both which I'm looking forward to a LOT!

Well, I'd better get going. I wanna get some reading for class done and then I've got a work thing at two. Woo Hoo ... I'll be earning money soon!

Midterm TODAY!

I have yet to take in my computer....now I'm wondering if it will ever be done. The guys at DoIT say I should get a diagnostic utility program to see if it could help me....so far I haven't figured out how to get it to work! Hopefully after my test today there will be time to get that going and get some readings done for class and still see Moogie for a bit. Should be an interesting night!

Party of practical jokes

We celebrated Moogie's birthday yesterday with lots of fun and jokes. We gave her old DVDs like the Beverly Hillbillies and Gilligan's Island. We also gave her gag gifts like a huge notepad so she doesn't have to wear her glasses and denture cleaner. Sue got her nice gifts, so we have to make it up to her...and we shall tomorrow :-D I really had a lot of fun spending time with my family.

Today Mom, Matt, Daisy, and I went to cemetaries. Weird, but everytime we got to a cemetary it was hardly if ever raining, but all the times in between it was.... we came back to Madison and we grocery shopping (the stores were rather full, especially for a national holiday! Maybe the weather was a factor, since grilling was near impossible). I went to my group project meeting...I think that we will do well tomorrow. Then I'm going to throw this computer off the train overpass next door....ooops, I mean take it down to DoIT and get it fixed....although that might have to wait until Wednesday afternoon, since I've got my midterm Wednesday morning! Almost half way done with class...it seems like last Monday we were just starting...oh, wait...we were!

Happy Sunday

It looks rather dark and scary outside. I hope the weather guys are wrong and we get at least a little bit of sunshine. Mom's set to pick us up for our Memorial day celebration out at the farm. And maybe a little bit more ...... :-) I can't say it now, but it should be good.
Even though I was unable to make it to the Viroqua graduation yesterday, I was there in spirit and a nice phone call to Jacinda and Michaela ...... they were having a super-big graduation / birthday party that I wish I could've been at. I have been promised many pictures, whic I anxiously await.

The rain has begun to fall, and so I leave you waiting for the exciting update on what we do to Moogie...promise it'll be on a.s.a.p.!
